Humein maloom Nahi..

  Kya likhen apne bare me..

  Kya likhen apne bare me, 

  Humein maloom Nahi.

  Or kyu likh rahe hai apne bare me,

  Humein maloom Nahi.

             Choti si iss zindagi ko, 

              Sab kehte hai jee bhar ke jiyo.

               Par jab koi sath nah ho to lagta hai, 

              Yeh Zindagi hi kyu jiyo?

Nah jane kyun,kisi ka sath,

Humarey liye itna mayne rakhta hai. 

Or ek woh hai Jo, humara khayal hi nahi karta hai. 

               Kya likhen apne bare me..

               Humein maloom Nahi.

        Or kyu likh rahe hai apne bare me,

               Humein maloom Nahi.

             Uss ek ke liye humney sare

                sapane dekhey. 

           Yeh hi galti ki, sare sapane

            uske liye dekhey..

Kash apne liye dekhey hotey,

Toh aaj hum yeh likh nah rahe hotey,

Or ye likh kar apne dil ko,

 samjha nah rahe hote....

                  Kya likhen apne bare me..

Toxic relationships

 

 


Relationships are always what makes us feel alive. But often times these relationships cause us a lot of trauma. We all in our lives has relationships. It can be any relationship, your father, mother, co-workers,boss, friends, your lover or any. And every relationship somewhere or where affect our daily lives. Here in this blog we are gonna talk about toxic relationships which you should definitely avoid. Because they can cause you a lot of damage. So let's start..

 Healthy relationship-  Before we know what toxic relationships looks like, you should know what healthy one is. Healthy relationships involves honesty, trust, respect and open communication between people. There's no imbalance of power. People respect each others independence,can make their own decisions without fear of retaliation and share their decisions. If people in your life are supportive to you, respect you, respect your decision, opinion, then definitely you are in healthy relationship. Now let's see the other side.

Toxic relationships- 

Toxic relationships are all the opposite of healthy relationships. These are the relationship where you are always stressed. When you feel, you have to hide what you really need. When you give your all but get very little in return. When you wonder if your hated. When the people you are with care nothing about your time, experience or emotions. Toxic relationships are when you feel emotionally drained,you can't be yourself. It's when you have to think a lot before saying anything so that there would be no more argument. In toxic relationships you can't have personal boundaries and feel like your constantly being judged. Toxic relationship is one that makes you feel unsupported, misunderstood, attacked. Sad thing is we often have these relationships in our families. A relationship is toxic when your well being is threatened in some way emotionally, psychologically and even physically.

Now hearing all this can make you think that how can we fix this or even there's something to fix this kind of relationship. So let me  tell you toxic relationships can be cured, but people from both sides need to do the work. They need to change their behaviour. It's not a one person job. When they will work together to make things easier than it can make a healthy relationships. But most of the time people don't understand each other. 

So here's some advice for people in toxic relationships:-

1 -  Try to tell the person how you really feel. Because open conversation are what needed here. Start with a gentle,one-on-one approach in which you tell the person, how you feel about the way they treat you.

2 - Set limits. Even with a person who has power over you, such as your boss, father or any,you can set limits. Don't let them treat you the way they want whenever. Start to say no when you feel you can't do it. 

3 - Control your responses. Even toxic relationships are a dynamic between two people. Consider how you respond, because you may be continuing the toxicity unwillingly. For example,if you instantly do whatever has been asked of you,you are furthering the toxic relationship. 

4 - End the toxic relationship. This is one final way to handle the situation. If the toxic relationship is with someone who holds an important spot in your life, like husband, father,wife, family or any. However he/she, may say it is important to know your limits. There may come a time when you have to leave the job,stop seeing your friends or file for divorce. 

 So these are some tips from me to handle toxic relationships. Hope it'll be helpful. And may all you have good and healthy relationships.

Your daily skin care routine

Your Daytime Skincare Routine

1. Cleanse

"Too many people cleanse too much or too often or with a cleanser that's too harsh, and it will actually break down your skin barrier.

2. Tone

    Toner is an optional step, but if you have a toner you like, you should absolutely use it.If you have acne-prone skin, look for a toner with ingredients like salicylic acid to calm breakouts. If you have dry or sensitive skin, opt for a hydrating toner to soothe.

3. Vitamin C Serum

     I feel like everybody should use vitamin C, no matter what your age, even starting in your 20s,It helps reverse a lot of the damage that we get from the sun and pollution.When using a vitamin C serum, look for one that contains a stable form of vitamin C, so that the molecule will actually be able to soak into your skin.

4. Eye Cream

     Eye creams fall into the "treat" category. Dab on eye cream using your ring finger (your weakest finger) so you don't unintentionally cause damage to your eye area.

5. Moisturizer

    After you've treated your skin, it's time to moisturize. Moisturizer keeps your skin hydrated and helps strengthen your skin barrier. For daytime use, opt for a lighter moisturizer that will soak in quickly and won't cause pilling under makeup.

6. Sunscreen

    This is the most important step in your skincare routine. "If you don't wear sunscreen, it's like you might as well not do any of those other steps."The sun is the number one reason why people's skin will age prematurely." Heads up: Protecting your skin from the sun is important even if you're spending your days indoors, as UV rays can still come in through the windows.

Self- love

 Self- love 💓

      When we talk about self-love, people have an image of singing around, hugging trees, beautiful sceneries and etc. But self love is an important part of mental health. In today's world mental health is so important. So here in this blog we will understand why self love is important and how we can practice it in our day to day life.


      Why is self love important-  loving yourself allows you to make healthier choices. When you put yourself first,you make choices that will only improve your quality of life. You eat better and sleep and exercise more because you realize that taking care of your mental and physical well being are esseessent to your success. And talking about self love here we are not telling you that you should do wrong to others. No you just need to focus on yourself.When you practice self-love, you become more confident and accepting of yourself. When you achieve that feeling you are able to go into relationships with a strong sense of self. The way you treat yourself sets the standards for others, so approaching a relationship with a strong sense ofself is the best way to go.

    You are able to love someone else even if youhaven't learned to love yourself yet. ... It's with accepting love. When you don't love yourself, youwill have trouble believing your person when theytell you how much they care.You can't really love another until you love yourself. You don't know true forgiveness until your forgive yourself. 


     Here are some easy steps that you can try in your day to day life to love yourself and make your life easy.

  1 : Believe in yourself!!

        When youbelieve in yourself, you can overcome self-doubt and have the confidence to take action and get things done. As we grow old all the negativity surrounding us make us believe that there many things we just can't do. But when you have faith in yourself and trust me when i say this you can do whatever you want. You just need just faith in yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself.


2 : Let go the past..

          There are so many things in each and everyone of us past tha we are embarrassed of and feel guilty about it. But it's all have been done and by thinking about it, it's not gonna change. It's done in the past. And in present thinking about all our mistakes and embarrassed moment we make ourselves feel sad, vulnerable. Let go the past.

Think about the things you have in front of you and make the best of it. It's hard but try it doing one thing at a time.


3 : Exercise everyday!!

         Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. 

      You can do 15 min yoga everyday or just running or stretching. Start with the little and you will definitely feel the change.


4 : Accept yourself!!

          Acceptance is the ability to unconditionally value all parts of who you are. That means you acknowledge all of yourself--the good and the things that need improvement. For most of us, self-acceptance can be hard.

Accepting yourself means less negative self criticism and an awareness of your strengths, weaknesses, values and needs. This awareness offers clarity and the ability to improve. 

Why it is hard to accept ourselves-  Accepting ourselves unconditionally is difficultbecause we must give up the fantasy that if we punish ourselves enough with negative thoughts, we'll change. It's as if we think we can whipourselves into shape by saying things like: I'm weak for feeling any anxiety.

  Accept yourself with all the good and bad quality. It's not that you have only the bad quality. That's why self love is important. It helps you to over come your insecurities about yourself. When you are clear of what you have good and bad. You can improve yourself. 

5 : Meditation!! 

        Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. 

 How to Meditate: Simple Meditation for Beginners


Sit or lie comfortably. You may even want to invest in a meditation chair or cushion.


Close your eyes. ...


Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally.


Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation. 

    These are some tips that you can follow to love yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself. We all in this world are facing something in our lives. There's no such thing as perfection. Don't stress about perfection. Just live in the moment. That's all you have in your hands. Love yourself for who you are. You all are worthy of love. Don't just aspect from others that they will give you love instead start loving yourself.

    Make little effort to look good not for others, for yourself. Make yourself a nice coffee. Try your hobbies that you forget long time ago. Enjoy a little things. Take one step a time.

It will take time but when you will start doing it you will feel the change and you will enjoy yourself more than anything. You are not alone. I believe in yourself. You are loved and you can do anything.

Being a girl

           Being a girl in a narrow minded society is hard. It's true. I'm also a girl and when I say being a girl is the one of the hardest things ,I literally mean it. You would say that's not true,girls are doing great, they are strong bla bla bla... That's also true girls are awesome,no doubt in that but small numbers of girls are lucky to have a life as she wants.  
            There are so many rules for girls our society has made and because of that stupid society rules many women are suffering in their lives. And when a girl or woman try to live as she wants, don't cares what society think, our society label them as charechchless. When we talk about equality obviously it's about same things for both side. But in our society if a boy do something it's ok but the same thing a girl do than it's not okay. I'm not saying that boys or men don't have problems in their lives but this society rules are only for women that's not equality. There are so many girls and women who bury their dreams everyday, some because of our society and some because of their own family. Yes sometimes our own family makes us believe that being a girl is a curse. If you have such family i feel you , don't accept a lot from them they are not going to understand you girl. Focus on yourself, look around you what's left in you, gather it all together and think what can you do for yourself.
             There is a saying that woman is woman's biggest enemy. True!! Being a woman we know our struggle, still when it's about other woman we judhj them. Why? A mother all her life she thought her daughter to make everyone happy, do things with permission, all the rules but mant times she forgot to give love her daughter. All her childhood she just told to be obedient . Being an Indian girl your whole life is control by your family,all you are preparing to get married with a stranger who will never understand your struggle. Some may understand but it's not worthy for all the years you lose .
              There are many women, girls who are dying inside and smiling outside. All i want to say be little kind world needs kind people. If you are a mother,try to understand  your daughter, talk to her , Don't judge other women, and if you are a girl with millions dreams in your eyes, don't lose hope girl. You need to be strong,if you want to make your dreams come true you have to become independent, you have to be strong, you have to fight for yourself. Because you are the only one who can save yourself.!

  In life we always have to choose between something. And Choices are not the easy thing to do, but choices are very important thing which makes the life we live.
      Think about it, the life you are living right now don't you made the choices to be there? We always get options in life and mostly we choose the secure ways. And that's not the wrong thing. Everyone has a right to choose the secure ways but are you happy with the choices that you made in your life?? 
      We always get a chance to choose but we think too much and we choose according to the people around us. We don't litsen our heart and only the thing we think is what people gonna say, what everyone will think and all by thinking too much we mostly don't choose what we really want to do and end up feeling depressed, angry,sad. 
        If you are thinking too much about what other people will say believe me no one even care what you do. Once you choose your path follow your heart everything will get sorted and the people who you think gonna judge you,they will praise you.
         So try it, think about it.

As this blog is all about happiness we will focus on that. But not everyone on this earth is happy, each and every one of us is fighting some or some difficulties in our lives.Many of us are depressed,alon and many are facing the worst of their lives.
       So how to be happy when your life is totally messed up. Well when you are in the dark place of your life no one can help you expect yourself. You are the only one who is in control. If you want to be happy you can.
       And the first step to be happy is having a Hope. Because if you don't have hope than you are done with your life.Hope is the only thing which makes us keep going on. If you have hope than it will give you strength to fight whatever situation you are facing in your life.        
       It will give you courage to think that things can change. And here's the truth, things will always change, that's the nature of life. Your situation is not your life,it will change, you will make it through.
         So take a deep breath, ground yourself and Have a Hope for a better future.
        "Have a Hope" that you can be happy!!!!
